The graveyard is on 3 sides of the church (south, east and north). Most of the surviving memorials are late 19th and 20th century although the whereabouts of a post 1880 burial register is unknown. Many burials for the parish occurred at the Christ Church graveyard as evidenced by annotations in the 19th century burial register for St John. It is of note that the Frome Dissenters' Cemetery has some burial entries with an Anglican officiating minister.
