The Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery is the cemetery for the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. This cemetery is still an active burial site. Note the older headstones near the parking lot. The field next to these stones contains numerous burials, which at one time had corresponding headstones. Unfortunately, many of these have been damaged and lost.
