Also known as Luther A. Palmer Memorial Cemetery, St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church Cemetery\n\nTombstones range from 1897-1978\nApproximately 160 graves\nTombstones include WWI and WWII veterans\nBaltimore Sun newspaper, November 2, 1995, p. 1B entitled “Old cemetery now an oasis in traffic”. \nThe cemetery formerly belonged to Edward Methodist Chapel, founded in 1895 and was named for Luther Palmer, a local businessman who sold the land to the church in 1897. \nThe church sold the land in 1983 and renamed itself St. Andrews. Twenty-six of the graves were moved.\nThe cemetery is associated with St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Gingerville
