Warren Paul Martel, 67, of 1048 Greenskeep
Drive, Kissimmee, died Feb. 24.Born in Sturbridge, Mass., he moved to
the area from Farmington, Mass., in 1986. He was a glazier, a U.S. Navy
veteran of World War II and a member of Makinson-Carson American Legion
Post, Kissimmee. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church,
Kissimmee.Survivors include his wife, Joan Faneuf-Martel, Kissimmee;
sons, Warren Martel Jr., Carey, N.Y., Bernie Martel, Richmond, Va.,
Bruce Martel, Spring Hill, Russell Martel, Norwalk, Conn., Robert
Cappette, Bristol, Conn.; daughters, Linda Sinni, Red Creek, N.Y., Joyce
Gould, Kissimmee, Brenda Griffith, Farmington, Conn.; brothers,
Clarence Martel and Cortland Martel, both of Sturbridge, Mass., Allen
Martel, Willington, Conn., Marshall Martel, Holland, Mass., John Martel,
Worchester, Mass.; sisters, Rita Simpson, Bloomfield Hills, Mich.,
Tessie Bouchard and Veronica LaPalm, both of Southbridge, Mass.; 14
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Funeral Mass and burial were in
Farmington, Conn.Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmee, was in
charge of local arrangements.
