She was a retired accountant and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
She was a member of the National WAVES, Makinson-Carson Post No. 10,
American Legion, Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Arerie No. 4048
Auxiliary, both of Kissimmee. She was Protestant. Survivors include her
nieces, Janet W. Drummond and Carolyn W. Hall; and aunt, Lillian
Merritts, all of Kissimmee. Graveside services were held Nov. 19 at
Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee, with the Rev. Dr. Bob Reaves
officiating. Folding and presentation of the flag was courtesy of the
Osceola County Veterans Council. Grissom Funeral Home, Kissimmee, was in
charge of arrangements.
