This quote is on the bottom of the stone.
"We again hope to meet thee,

And in heaven with joy to greet thee,
Where no farewell tears are shed"
This stone originally was a pure creamy white color. The mineral in the water used to sprinkle the grass is changing the stones color. The lettering is turning a reddish brown color.
