Description
Caroline/Christine Floyd married Thomas Floyd (1817-1901) on 18 Nov 1838 in Bloomsbury, London. They emigrated into Wellington on the Slains Castle on 25 Jan 1841. Thomas was a member of London Metropolitan Police and came to this colony to take charge of the first civil prison at Wellington.
Clifford Owen Floyd was a son of their grandson, Ernest George Floyd & Ivy Anne Scott
