While I was taking pictures at this cemetery, a man arrived to visit graves and told me that these unmarked graves were his father and mother (Wreaths in background) and 2 baby sisters and two baby brothers (crosses in foreground). While he couldn't remember many names, he did remember His fathers name and His mother's Maiden name. This is in the Old Victor Cemetery outside of Elmo, Utah in Emery county. At home I did some more research and found an index of the Victor cemetery created from the local death records.

There is indeed a family of Winders. Virl Evert born 1910, died 2004 and Thelma Black born 1912 died 1986. The children he mentioned were Clyde Owen Winder born and died 1939, Cora Lee Winder born 1944 died 1945, Kenneth Virl born and died 1938, and Thelma Caroline born and died 1934.
