My sister was a loving, kind person who was disabled from a bad car accident when she was only 3. Donna (our "mother") met a convicted Chilean criminal called Andy Arcaya and married him. This man dragged us to the third world where there was no meds for poor Susan after her brain surgeries. They couldn't have cared less, just kept running from one scam to another. Next thing you know she died from all the complications. These are VERY scary people- he has died now, thank God, but she is still on the loose and on the make, so watch your step should you ever cross paths with this demonic "woman" with hideous Cinderella syndrome. 
Susan and I were the only biological siblings, and I haven't seen Donna now in almost 35 years. RIP little sis, your name was NEVER "Arcaya" - you are not spawned from that demon! Love you girl, always always!!!!! Wish we could have had more time together-- I miss you!! <3 4ever ~R
