The death occurred at his residence, on Thursday, October 2, 2014, of Roy E. Gallant, of Summerside, aged 83 years. Born in Summerside, he was a son of the late George “Chick” and Eva (Arsenault) Gallant. He is survived by his sister Dianne (Ron) MacInnis, Miscouche; nephew Paul (Michelle) MacInnis, Summerside; nieces Karla (Neil) Kielly, Moncton, NB; Sherri (Troy) Doucette, Moncton, NB; Kelly (Mike) MacDougall, Charlottetown; great-nephews and nieces Ethan, Isaac, Matthew, Mazie, Molly and Zoee. Predeceased by a brother Wallace Gallant. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. www.moase.ca
