Obituary: "Daily Herald", Provo, Utah, Wednesday, February 15, 2012, page B5: Mary O. Harris of Springville, returned to our loving Heavenly Father on February 11, 2012 after many years of ill health. She was born on August 8, 1919 in Mount Pleasant, Utah to Seth H. Ollerton and Estella Morris Ollerton. She was the seventh of ten children. Mary married Thomas Harold Averett and they were blessed with three children: Grant (Pam) Averett, Jeanette (Steve) Clark, and Gary (Sherry, deceased) Averett. They were later divorced. She married Glen M. Harris and they were blessed with two children: Larry (Gail) Harris and Kim (Susan) Harris. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. Mary grew up in Springville, Utah after moving there when she was just nine years old. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and loved the gospel. She was always reminding her loved ones to faithfully pray. She is survived by her five children, 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and one brother, Don Ollerton. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Glen M. Harris and one grandson. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 17, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Hobble Creek West Stake Center at 555 S. 600 E. in Springville. There will be a viewing held at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E. 200 S., Springville on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the church on Friday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery. Condolences may be sent at www.wheelermortuary.com.
