Mrs Blow was a local preacher in the Methodist Church for over 40 years and a class leader for over 20 years. She was for many years the State Treasurer of The Women's Auxilliary of the Methodist Foreign Missionary Society. She was also on the committee of the Prisoners' Aid Association and a constant visitorto women prisoners. "I was in prison and Ye visited me."
