Születés: Budapest, 1927. január 6.

Hároméves kora óta szerepelt különböző fővárosi gyermekszínházakban. 1943 tavaszán lépett fel először a Kamara Varietében, amelynek 1944-ig a tagja maradt, de az Operaház kivételével Budapest valamennyi színházában fellépett. 1945-től a Fővárosi Operettszínházban, a Medgyaszay és a Modern Színházban szerepelt. Az ötvenes években a Vígszínház, a Fővárosi Operettszínház és a Blaha Lujza Színház tagja volt. 1964-ben európai turnéjáról nem tért haza, hanem Nyugaton maradt, majd az USA-ban telepedett le. Később hazatért Magyarországra.

Férje Borvető János (sz. Sátoraljaújhely, 1922. október 21.) színész volt.

1944-ben szerepelt egy táncos rövidfilmben, illetve az Egy pofon, egy csók c. produkció egyik főszereplőjeként vált emlékezetessé.

Magda Kardos was 12 years old when Adolf Hitler signs an order to begin the systematic euthanasia of mentally ill and disabled people. Adolf Hitler was a German politician, demagogue, and Pan-German revolutionary, who was the leader of the Nazi Party, Chancellor of Germany from 1933 to 1945 and Führer ("Leader") of Nazi Germany from 1934 to 1945. As dictator, Hitler initiated World War II in Europe with the invasion of Poland in September 1939, and was central to the Holocaust.
