Birth: Jul. 7, 1959 San Diego San Diego County California, USA Death: Jul. 23, 2010 Salem Utah County Utah, USA Lorrie Lynn Gordon Huff, loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2010. She was born July 7, 1959 in San Diego, California to Rulon Jesse and Wilda May Lowe Gordon. Growing up, she loved spending time with her cousins and family. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School and enjoyed her experiences there. She married Kelly Huff on May 15, 1976 in Spanish Fork, Utah. She was a wonderful wife and mother and enjoyed being a homemaker and being with her family. She loved her grandkids and spent as much time as possible doing things with them. She had a talent for quiltmaking and sewing and loved to go camping and fishing with family. She was a best friend to her children and they could talk to her about anything. Lorrie is survived by her husband, Kelly; children, Melissa (Dustin) Sanderson, and Brett Huff; daughter-in-law, Janel Huff; her parents, Rulon and Wilda Gordon; grandchildren, Alexis, James, Angel, Samantha, and Mason; and three brothers, Kelly (Lisa) Gordon; Randy Gordon; Rodney Gordon; and one sister, Diana (Bob) Jeffs. She was preceded in death by two sons, Jason and Darren. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Salem Knoll Park Ward Chapel, 160 South 460 West, Salem, Utah. Family and friends may call on Tuesday evening, July 27, 2010 at Walker Family Mortuary, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday morning at the Church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment will be in the Salem City Cemetery. Published in the Daily Herald on July 25, 2010.
