Joseph Samson Fisher Neville is the son of William Neville and Elizabeth Fisher. He was an inventor, as well as a civil engineer and county surveyor.
Joseph invented and held a patent for a Load Binder dated August 4, 1902. He also had a patent for a Rotary Pump dated March 31, 1908. He also made several practical tools which are at the Randolph Utah D.U.P. Museum or owned by family members.
Joseph did not marry.
