John Michael Feller
(January 28, 1966 - May 27, 2017)
John Michael Feller, 51, returned to his Heavenly Father surrounded by his wife, sons, and family on Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Provo, Utah. He was born on January 28, 1966 to Albert Edward Feller and Sarah Belle Pontius Feller in Bountiful, Utah.
He married Kimberly Ann Swackhammer September 11, 2004 in the Jordan River Temple.
John had a love for life and spent his time fishing, making his own fishing lures, golfing, relaxing at home with his family, reading, had a strong passion for American history, Boys night to the movies and dinner with his dad and brothers. He loved being outside, tinkering with anything that he could get his hands on and anything he could add lights to, he would.
He enjoyed his Trips to Alaska, Oregon, California, and southern Utah. He was looking forward to a pre-booked trip to spend quality time with his wife and son prior to his passing.
He enjoyed working alongside his father in-law as an electrician. He attended MATC and was working on getting his Journeyman. Being diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma prevented him from finishing school. He was always thinking of ways he could continue and complete his education. His love for his Heavenly Father was very important to him. He loved serving in the LDS Church and enjoyed his calling of home teacher and in the Young Men program.
An earbud was always in his ear so he could listen to books or talk radio and he didn't know how to answer his phone without his earbuds. He enjoyed a good cup of Kool-aid, late night cereal and a Pepsi was always within his reach.
John was preceded in death by his Mom, Sarah and two oldest sisters, Shauna and Shellie. Survived by his wife Kim and son Reece of Eagle Mountain, son Christopher Bronson, daughter Collette Pendrey and son Joshua Feller. His Dad, Albert (Lucia) Feller and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Monday, June 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the LDS Chapel located at 8273 Simpson Springs Road, Eagle Mountain, Utah. Family and friends may call Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the church and one hour prior to the service on Monday morning. Interment, Pony Express Cemetery.
