James's middle name is Harvey. He was the son of Matthew and Elizabeth Mann. First wife was Margaret Lynn. He came to Waukesha County in 1864. He was a church Elder. His older children moved to Kansas.
Jane Lockhart Mann was the second wife of James and became a member of VRPC 30 April 1861. Her children were Margaret, Samuel,William,and Thomas. Her step children were Eliza, Mary, Matthew, Joseph and James.
Margie Mann's full name was Elizabeth Margaret and she was born 13 Feb 1900 and died 2 Mar 1907. Daughter of Samuel and Mabel Mann
