Description
Herbert was a son of George Henry Angove (1850-1912) & Ellen Mary Stephens (1853-1923) who arrived in Napier about 1874. His father was a Ship's carpenter and lived at 114 Waghorne Street, Ahuriri.
Gertrude was a daughter of Thorwald Emilius Brill (1839-1920) & Wilhelmine Barbatina Espersen (1844-1919) who are buried in Old Napier cemetery.
Herbert & Gertrude married in St Andrew's Church, The Spit, Napier in 1900
In 1911 Herbert was a boilermaker at Ossian Street, Napier
In 1925 he was a fitter at Waingawa
They both died in Masterton & cremated at Palmerston North
