Description
The death occurred at the Masterton Hospital this morning of Mr Henry Carnell, a highly-esteemed resident of Masterton. The late Mr Carnell, who was born at New Plymouth 84 years ago, had been in indifferent health for some time. He had resided in Masterton about forty years.
He had been a teamster by occupation and had a bullock team for many years operating in the Masterton district. He is survived by a widow, a brother, Mr George Carnell, of Te Kuiti and other relatives in various parts of the Dominion, to whom the sympathy of a wide circle of friends will be extended.
