Bruce Allen Baxter, who was killed in a truck accident near Scipio Friday, was born January 7, 1933 in Neola, Utah, the son of Harold and Marguerite Crozier Baxter. He attended school in Neola, Roosevelt and Pleasant Grove. The victim was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He recently was employed as a truck driver by Mountain States Steel Company of Orem. Survivors are his parents, Harold Baxter, Orem; his mother Marguerite Crozier Dye, Neola; two brothers, David Baxter, Myrtle Creek, Oregon; and Adair Baxter, Orem; two sisters, Mrs. Vivian Harper, Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Lilith Peterson, Orem; three half-sisters, Faith, Kay and Erldine Dye, Neola. Funeral services will be announced by Olpin Mortuary of Pleasant Grove. (Notice found in the possession of Marguerite Crozier Dye upon her death.)

Funeral services for Bruce Allen Baxter, 21, who was killed in a truck mishap near Scipio, Millard County, Friday will be conducted Monday at 1 PM in Windsor Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary, Orem, Sunday afternoon and evening. And at residence of a brother, Adair Survivors are his parents, Harold Baxter, Orem; his mother, Mrs. Marguerite Dye, Neola; two brothers, David Baxter, Myrtle Creek, Oregon; and Adair Baxter, Orem; two sisters, Mrs. Vivian Harper, Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Lilith Peterson, Orem; three half sisters, Faith, Kay and Erldine Dye, Neola; two grandparents, Mrs. Mary Crozier, Hawthorne California, and David Baxter, Orem. (Notice found in the possession of Marguerite Crozier Dye upon her death.)
