Description
In fulfillment of a prophecy of the Prophet Joseph Smith in Montrose, Iowa, July 14, 1843, "He (Anson Call) would come to the Rocky Mountains, & that he would assist in building cities from one end of the country to the other."He was involved in the rescues efforts of the Martin Handcart Company. He settled the following areas in the midst of the Rocky Mountains.
