FILLMORE - George Roelwy, 82, died of natural causes Tuesday, 4:30 pm, at his residence.
Born De. 31, 1875, Fillmore, to James and Mary Day Rowley. Married Emily Chesley, Jan. 1, 1900, Fillmore. Farmer and livestock raiser; former county sheriff.
Survivors: widow: two sons, five daughters, William, Ogden; James, Mrs. Henry (Delell) Brunson, Fillmore; Mrs. Al (Rayma) Cline, Mrs. Douglas (Edith) Murphy, Cedar City; Mrs. Phil (Faun) Poulson, Mrs. Robert (Carol) Swallow, Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brother, two sisters.
Funeral Friday, 1 p.m., Fillmore Third Ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Friends call Olpin Mortuary, Fillmore, Friday after 10 a.m. Burial Fillmore Cemetery
