Isabella was born in Dunedin, the 1st of 10 children of Michael Heads (1849-1897) & Isabella 'Annie' Ireland (1851-1893), Isabella married Charles Augustus Swanson (1856-1936) in Knox Church, Dunedin 1887. Daughter Annie was a spinster at 106 Bayview Rd., South Dunedin
She married Benjamin 'Snow' Burgess (1890-1960) in 1918. He died in Malvern, Victoria & is buried at Andersons Bay cemetery, Dunedin
