Description
Thomas & Agnes married in England 1875, had 1 son, then emigrated to NZ & had a further 7 children. Their daughter Annie Hillas (1881-1903) married Henry Cartwright Holden in 1900 & died in Temuka, 2 weeks after the birth of her 2nd child. Thomas & Agnes adopted both the children & their names became Holden-Hillas.
Annie Decima above is one of them. Malcolm Hartley Myers was possibly a grandson of their daughter Sarah Ann Hillas (1884-1962) who married Hartley Myers in 1913
