Description

På denna kyrkogård finns även ett kolumbarium i kyrkogårdens kapell. - Skogskyrkogården was opened in 1929. Character is for the older part grave quarters of more 'traditional' type of grave blocks in the grid and burial sites mainly landscaped into the natural forest. Grave sites have been adapted from the trees. Newer grave quarters have been built with room formation. The principle was that the burial ground would be completely free of trees. Each area, however framed by forest vegetation. Skogskyrkogården was opened in 1929. Skogskyrkogården has a special section for Muslims and a general urn grove with individual graves with white stones.
