Established by 1536, this church (parish) name has been known as Mylene to Mylen, Melinau to Meline. The graveyard wall was repaired in 1785, a solid oak door put in in 1810 as well as a window to focus light on the pulpit. Slate roof replaced in 1817. Rebuilt in 1865, but kept the north wall. Unique: a Star of David window donated by a grateful Jewish family granted permission to worship on Saturdays (Sabbath) in the church. Burials as recent as 2006.
