Description

Peck Graveyard is located on the former farm/land of Jacob Peck Sr in Pendleton County, West Virginia, which he bought from his father, Garret Peck Sr, in 1796. This land became part of northern Highland County, Virginia, when this new county was formed in 1847. The cemetery is at Possum Trot, Highland County, Virginia. Oldest burial is Garret Peck Sr. who died on July 1, 1810. This land passed down to the Puffenbager family and is also know known as the Puffenbarger Cemetery.
