From US 231 in downtown Alford, go west on 276 (Park Ave.) for 2.4 Miles and turn right (North ). Go 0.2 miles on Macedonia Road. Church (no longer used) and cemetery are on the right (east) side of the road. Macedonia Church and Cemetery (Jackson County) should not be confused with Cypress Creek Church and Cemetery which is located across the road and is in Washington County. The cemetery across the road is a different cemetery in a different county. It is Cypress Creek Cemetery at the Cypress Creek Community Church. In fact, there are three distinct cemeteries in this spot, although the third only has a few headstones.
