This Campo Santo was completed in 1890 under the supervision of the Spanish friar Most Rev. Fr. Benito Baras, OSA, who served the Parish of Lipa from 1865 until his death in 1894. It is one of the only few heritage structures in Lipa that survived World War II and many of the prominent and heroic Lipeños are buried here. It features a grand flight of steps, ascending to a portal that leads to a beautiful neo-classical chapel.
