Formerly known as Watson Cemetery. Magnolia Park Cemetery, a private, family owned, full-service cemetery, has recently undergone renovation after being purchased in 2003. Some of the oldest burials, dated before 1949, are located approximately 40 feet directly behind the main entrance sign, under the magnolia trees. The original cemetery was for the Watson family and relatives. Mr Thomas Watson, Sr., donated the land for Magnolia Park Cemetery. The cemetery property is now owned by the McNeal Family of McCullough Funeral Home, long time residents of Houston County.
